RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the same condition in which they were sold ( not used or washed) within 15 days after the item(s) was delivered.

To cancel an order you must contact our customer service team at gynmilk@gynmilk.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched, if not the customer will be responsible for the shipping/return costs.

You should return your items via a secure delivery service with proof of signature confirming receipt. We recommend you keep your tracking number until the exchange or refund has been processed.

GYN & MILK cannot accept responsibility for items not received or in faulty conditions.

If an order has been delivered to you before you want to cancel your contract, note that unless the item is faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you are returning the goods because they are faulty or mis-described, we will return the price of the goods in full, together with any applicable delivery charges.

However please note that we cannot accept liability for an item as faulty until the item is sent to us and we have had the chance to inspect and confirm it is faulty.

We will refund you in the original method of payment.

For sales items the same rules apply.

 

EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange on all online purchases returned in the same condition in which they were sold ( not used or washed) within 28 days after the item(s) was delivered.

Any items received after this 28 day period will not be accepted for an exchange.

 

To exchange / refund an order you must contact our customer service team at gynmilk@gynmilk.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.
